The Parenting Empowerment Program

The Parenting Empowerment Program is an all-encompassing 10-session course aimed at providing parents of adolescents with indispensable techniques and habits to enhance their parenting skills. Delving into the complexities of the teenage brain, the program inspires parents to empathize with their adolescents and actively participate in their developmental journey. Furthermore, the curriculum accentuates the significance of cultivating and upholding mindful values while fostering a nurturing atmosphere of affirmation and reflection. Throughout the sessions, parents will acquire the ability to offer constructive feedback to their children and create a versatile communication toolbox specifically designed to tackle the unique challenges of raising teens. This empowering program fortifies parent-child relationships and lays the groundwork for flourishing family dynamics.

Unless otherwise determined by the school and Teen Savvy Coaching, all sessions will take place virtually.

I registered for the Teen Savvy parenting class to improve my personal parenting skills and to enhance my professional practice. The program has exceeded my expectations in both areas. Everything Sam shares, from the educational component to the coaching, demonstrates her vast knowledge of effectively working with teens and their parents. She gives examples that make sense. She has done role plays to demonstrate how to present information to our teens. Sam is always positive, even if you feel you did something terribly wrong she will find the positive and expand your skill from where you are. I could talk to her all day.

Many parents of teens and tweens feel stuck, powerless and overwhelmed, wondering how they lost their ability to communicate with their child – and see no way forward.

But here’s the truth:

This is not the way it has to be. There is a better way to have corrective conversations and help your kids change their behavior and keep the parent-child connection strong. You just need someone to show you the right way to talk with your teen and break the cycle.

That’s why I created my free video guide:
